I put 4 stars only because everyone was friendly and getting in was super easy. If I had to rate my satisfaction, it would be 2 stars. This was my first time ever getting my brows waxed. I wish I would have done more research on what to expect, questions to ask, and how to ask for what I wanted. I was kind of expecting the esthetician to lead the whole process. Like getting a hair cut. The woman that seen me did not ask me any questions about how I wanted my brows to look. She asked me to lay down, prepped me and explained some of that process, but then she went right into laying wax. The only reason I left 4 stars us because I feel partially responsible for not stopping her sooner to ask about anything before she put the wax on. Now I had quite a bit of growth, Id been trying to grow it out for a little while, all I really wanted was some shaping. The edges to be a little sharper. Instead she ended up going much thinner than I wanted. I 100% believe it was just a matter of miscommunication. I know I should have said something when she asked if I liked them at the end but I just felt it was too late at that time, there was no way to fix it. And it was free because it was my first time. I still tipped for her time of course because like I said, she was nice and she provided me a service. But I guess, my word of advice for other people would be not to come here if you're completely new to the process. Or if you are new and decide to go, make sure you know exactly what you want because they might not lead ya through the process and ask questions about what you want or what theyre capable of doing and then you could end up leaving very shocked and disappointed with the results like I did.

I made an appointment was 15 minutes early for my 5:30 time. I was going on vacation so I had other appointments scheduled for after. When I got there I was told the lady was behind and she was with her 4:30. She still had a 4:45, 5, 5:15. That was going to put me super behind on my other appointments so I had to leave.

Went there for the first time today & I had the best experience! Margo is a fast and efficient waxer & her vibrant, kind personality made the process very smooth and comfortable. She provided great customer services and I will definitely be returning! Plus the new customer half off Brazilian/Bikini was a great deal for any newbies!
