Friendly and professional service, great price which included free disposal of the old unit. The Jaytech unit proposed and installed was much quieter in real life than in the video I saw online. Team went the extra mile by helping to remove the wire clips which held wiring of the previous unit. I think he didn't need to but he did this of his own initiative. Very impressed, and satisfied. Thanks He did a great job and he didn't make us wait since it was Sunday afternoon. Thanks so much for doing such a great job and, also, being so affordable.

I stayed here several weeks for work. I had a single queen bed. Pros: clean, fairly new furnishings. Comfortable desk chair. Heat and air worked well. Housekeeping was mostly good. Fridge and microwave worked well. Cons: internet was spotty, unreliable - sometimes for entire nights. When I would call the front desk, there was no answer 80% of the time. Overall, I would recommend, but bring Hotspot if internet is important.

My nephew and his family arrived Wednesday after the time they were told they would be allowed to check in. The front desk checked them in, gave them their room keys and directions to their room. They were met with a Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the handle. Thinking housekeeping had overlooked it, they accessed the room. The room was NOT ready. The beds had not been stripped nor had the dirty towels or trash from the previous guests been taken out. They were quite weary from the long drive and had a their 1 year old son (who was EXTREMELY tired of being in his car seat for such a long drive....) and no place to relax during this period of time that in actuality they were paying for. There was no mention of any delay when the front desk checked them in and issued them a key. When they were FINALLY allowed to occupy the room, there was a trash bag that had been left behind. They did not find the staff to be very friendly or welcoming.

Worst beds on the planet. Ended up sleeping in my car. Building felt like it was going to fall apart when opening the room door. Shower barely functional. The parking spaces were nice, I guess?
