Went in there today to get several building permits and asked the lady at the front desk for the applications for the permits and she asked if I had a check and I said no so she said okay and said “you will need a check for 146 dollars for the permits” never saying that I needed a 146 dollar check for each individual permit so I get back there with the checks because I have to go get them written out for me 45 minutes away and I get back there and she says you need two checks now why couldn’t I have been told that the first time so that I didn’t have to waste now 3 hours getting checks and dropping them off

Helpful staff. During covid, they had appointments set up and it was smooth. Staff is always friendly. Can get pretty busy.

Just walk in, no appointments at this time. At the first desk on your left as you go in, tell them what you need, they give you a number, wait to be called. Works well, very efficient.

Yes you do. They do same day appts as well. I called from the parking lot and only waited maybe 5 minutes...They should have the number posted for you, to call. Hope this is helpful?
I'm not sure I think you can do it online but you just go down to the DMV and do a tattoo on 5th Street
