My husband and his work crew stayed there or half a night on 7/19 woke up to bed bugs in their beds have video and pics to prove. They went to complain at midnight no one at front desk nor answered phone or door to room they had posted to get ahold of someone. Never returned his call to refund or do something about it. They left in the middle of the night and had to go to the next town over to pay for another room. 0 stars here

Positive: hotel employee was wonderful she tool over for some young girl and did an amazing job. Negative: The lady that was working at the front desk when we showed up on Friday April 15, was not at the desk, we stood in the lobby for 45 mins waiting for her to show up and book us in. We had 2 kids with us so this was not a pleasant. Very unprofessional.

I had A wedding to attend and this location was perfect! It was only 10 min away from venue. Ms Wendy was outstanding!! She was very mind and especially Attentive when it came to the breakfast!! She was quick to hello with whatever I needed and also provided great conversation while i was waiting For my waffles to cook 😂
