Meh. The bath towels were so worn they were paper thin and one had a hole in it. Rags is probably a more accurate description. The call elevator button from the 3rd floor was broken, requiring a phone call to the front desk to send it up. The staff was quite rude/snarky about having to send the elevator up. The complimentary breakfast was pretty scarce and most items were pretty much gone by 730A.

There for a short time as I arrived later evening at bedtime. Checked out the next morning early when leaving for a meeting. Nice clean hotel at a great rate! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was nearly perfect. The hotel is older, but it was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were comfortable when we arrived. The check in and check out for easy. The breakfast was sustainable. The location was safe and near some shopping. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. We had some noise issues of kids running up and down the hall, but management handled the situation when we called.

First room the toilet ran constantly and was very noisy. They tried to place me in a smaller room when I paid for a study. The second room the TV didn’t have all of the channels and the manager didn’t understand why I could not just watch religion or kid shows. Breakfast has to be ordered and is served by housekeeping staff. Housekeeper was doing laundry and running back and forth cooking breakfast orders. The front desk staff are not helpful or welcoming. The hotel is run slightly like a Motel 6 since there are several families that live on the property permanently. The room was spacious and I thought was relatively clean until I took a shower and looked up at the mildew on the ceiling. The beds are very comfortable (Hilton). The AC worked well but was very noisy. The tile and fixtures are very outdated and slippery when wet. I paid $120 a night, probably worth $69.
