This is the best place that I have stayed, in quite some time. We were only able to stay one night, but it was wonderful. Peaceful, and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, the decor is right up my alley, and the pool was lovely. We stayed in the potting shed and loved every minute of it. Will absolutely be making this a mainstay when we need a getaway!

It is a lovey exquisite getaway in a beautiful French-country setting with some modern touches. The eclectic French style property in this relaxed luxurious setting is so fun & cozy. That coupled with the adorable town with its cute historic antique & modern shops, as well wonderful dining make it such a nice experience for a fun little getaway. Hope to make this an annual tradition.

The Frenchie offers everything you could possibly hope for in a boutique hotel: unique and spacious rooms, incredible hospitality, and prime location. (Less than two miles from the town’s cutest restaurants and fun shops!) I stayed in one of the pool bungalows which was absolutely adorable and couldn’t believe how comfortable the bed was. Having my own private soak tub in the room was a nice touch, and I loved drawing the curtains back to watch the sunrise over the pool while sipping coffee. I would also highly recommend spending some time in the hot tub while you stargaze! Even after seeing so many beautiful photos online, my stay at the Frenchie absolutely exceeded my expectations. Great place for a solo R&R trip or a unique romantic getaway!

Amazing place to stay! We have stayed at this a lovely boutique Hotel several times. The decorations are absolutely gorgeous and the place makes you feel relaxed. I highly recommend the Frenchie boutique to everyone. The coffee, the ambience, the beautiful porch, relax around the fire pit, and now they have a hot tub and pool!

There are so many great restaurants in the area! Royer's is a quirky cafe known for their pies. Everyone that comes to Round Top has to try Royer's at least once! If you like Italian food you'll love Lulu's! But make sure to call ahead for a reservation on the weekends. If you don't mind a short drive JW's Steakhouse is just 10 minutes away in nearby Carmine. They are a local favorite! There is also Mandito's, Teague's Tavern, Garden Co, Popi Burger, Local Roots, and Royer's Pie Haven (the cafe's little sister). All are delicious! And for breakfast Espressions serves great coffee and a breakfast buffet on the weekends!
There is so much to do in Round Top all year! Round Top has really great retail shops open all year long (most are either Wednesday-Sunday or Thursday-Sunday). We love Festival Institute which hosts concerts throughout the year including a 6 week summer program with weekly concerts! You can also schedule a visit and take a tour of their beautiful grounds. Another place unique to Round Top is Shakespeare at Winedale with performances throughout the year. If you're looking for a little Round Top style night life Stone Cellar has live music on the weekends, Ellis Motel is a hip bar in walking distance to The Frenchie and there are 2 wine bars - Prost and The Round Top WIne Shop.
Absolutely! Besides the Spring and Fall Antique Shows that we are so well known for there is also a Winter Antique Show that lasts for one full weekend in January. We also have Wine Fest, Chili Cookoffs, the longest running Fourth of July Parade and Celebration this side of the Mississippi and a Christmas Celebration complete with a Home Tour, shopping, and the cutest lightest Christmas Parade you've ever seen!

We have gourment coffee bars set up throughout the Frenchie. Rooms 7, 8, 9, and 10 all have coffee bars in the rooms. Rooms 1 and 2 are downstairs in the Main House and use the coffee bar in the kitchen. Rooms 3 and 4 share a coffee bar; and Rooms 5 and 6 share a coffee bar.
Rooms 1-6 are in the Farmhouse and have 24 hour access to the refrigerator in the kitchen. Rooms 7-9 all have mini refrigerators in the rooms. Room 10 has a full size refrigerator in it.

Yes, every room has a TV. There is also a TV in the living room and in the kitchen of the Farmhouse.
