We do have a nursery room (no nursery worker) that anyone can go in with their babies. Currently, most people just keep infants (up to age 2) with them during service. I have always just stayed with mine in the nursery room or in the sanctuary when they were under 2, our services are lively so typically my kids haven't been bored.
