Our roof turned into a parachute on i10 we were stranded and Vanessa helped us get into town to the shop. Everyone was so helpful. They replaced our roof and went beyond and above for us. Don’t live anywhere near the shop but they will have my rv business forever.

Replaced water filter housing in under a hour, I had no appointment. Drove in and they jumped on it. Vanessa was great, I also needed a part they didn’t have, she called and found it close by. This place is now my go to for RV repairs!

Racial Profiling: Giving 1 star is far more than he deserves. The owner came to our rv to fix the water heater. Instead he insulted my husband speaking in Spanish just because he assumed he was from Mexico and spoke Spanish. My husband told him he didn't understand what he was saying and that he was not "Mexican". SO the owner blew him off at our front door and drove off. If that isn't the worse customer service ever, I don't know what is. I am glad he drove off I can't imagine the service he would have provided for our heater. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and if he retaliates, the law in on our side. With that said, Becky, his receptionist is the sweetest and understanding person at this place. She understood my concern and was a shoulder to cry on.

We had a blow out and it took out our waste disposal system on our travel trailer. Jimmy got to it the next morning and had it fixed shortly after lunch. Price was very reasonable since he could have charge us anything for needing it done while traveling. A very honest man with excellent staff. I plan to use his services going forward to ensure our trailer is safe and in good working order.
