Shane was truly the best RV repair guy we’ve ever experienced! We have traveled the country and we have been flaked on by so many repair people from Florida to Texas, but when it came to Donna & Shane they were so professional and ready to help! Shane came over and helped us fix our A/C, our landing gear and stabilizers in the near. He was so kind and understanding and fixed our a/c quickly and efficiently! Sometimes, repair guys aren’t always the nicest to be around, but they get the job done…. Well not Shane he was absolutely the best of both! Whenever I’m in Whitney, Texas or nearby, I know I’m calling the dynamite duo of Shane & Donna at Riley’s RV repair for any repairs we might need! Outstanding Job!

The service from Riley's was fantastic. My husband and I found ourselves unable to use our 5th wheel landing gear on the day we were scheduled to leave our camping spot and Dennis came out within 30 minutes to help us get on our way. He even took time to explain the situation in detail for us so we could fix it ourselves at our next destination and gave us tips on how we could get by in the meantime. The receptionist (Donna I think) was so helpful during the whole process. We would 100% use their services again.
