The supervisors and technicians at Good Guys RV did a first class job on my Alpenlite 5th wheel trailer. The big curved back window was broken and had to go to Lacey to replace it. They did a fast and clean job of getting the frame out and ready for DK Boose glass to pick up. As soon as the glass was in the frame and brought back to Good Guys RV they fit me in the next day. I was impressed with the neatness of the sealant and how clean the inside was when I picked it up. The curtains were reinstalled nicely as well. The next time I need work done on my rv, I definitely return to Good Guys RV.

I contacted Good Guys via phone about my air conditioner that was not working a few days ago. They said to go ahead and bring my RV in and they would run a diagnostic, but the tricky part might be when they could fix it, some repairs were scheduled out till August. So I brought it in and was working with Daniel and the Tech Ryan. It turned out that my compressor was fried. Daniel took care of contacting the company that has my warranty contract for the approval. He then let me know that it tuned out that they had the unit and parts I needed in stock, and they would actually be able to fix it that day. (In less than two hours by the way!!!) I could not have asked for a better experience, very professional and courteous!!!! I don't know who was happier about being able to fix it that day, me or Daniel LOL! If I ever need any other work, I would use these guys again and I highly recommend them!!!

Had the hydro hot on our coach serviced & repaired. The service was excellent. The service writer Daniel and service tech Larry were very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend Good Guy's RV!

I booked an appointment 2 weeks after my call to Scott the owner to allow him to obtain parts for maintenance service on my RV. He was aware that I had to drive 2 hours to get to his service center. Upon arrival on time I was told that they called me and I canceled the service. When I asked the number they called it was not mine and was only 6 digits. I had to drive back for 2 hours in addition to paying toll and spending 25 gallons of diesel. There was no call back or apology. Terrible service, disingenuous excuses. Do NOT go there. Dishonest.
