This McDonald's is the dirtiest one I've ever seen. There's flies EVERYWHERE I saw like 4 crew members take a smoke break while they were at their busiest. And of course none of them wash their hands when they came back in. Just came straight to work. Touching everyones food. Absolutely disgusted.

The difference of poor service and short staffing/being busy is consistency. My service is consistently bad. Bar a few good interactions I wouldn't go here if there was something else nearby. Go to benton harbor for choices but warning their mcdonalds is just as bad. Only faster

Id leave zero stars if i could. They didnt give us 20 nuggets for our online order. We got home, noticed and my boyfriend went back. They staff was rude and fighting him on it and told him to go home and that they were in the bad. Guess what? They did not magically appear and they stole my money. Never going back. Worst service, always slow and food is always cold.

Watched 4 employees fix their own food in kitchen and leave and clock out while waiting for my food to get made. Floor was nasty, one employee had been walking on her pants legs for months and was dragging 8 inch dirty pants legs behind her. Will not return. Entire crew needs to be dismissed.
