All of the employees are very efficient, responsive and friendly. We are always treated well by everyone. They are quick and do excellent work. We have never had an issue and I can honestly say if we did, we can work with them. Very happy with the service we have received.

This is the second time I have utilized Al's RV for a repair. I did not adequately winterize our RV and the winter freeze cracked several areas. Justine and Jennifer were very helpful in explaining to me what need to be replaced and or repaired. Justine explained the repairs and the estimated cost. I am so pleased with the repairs and workmanship. If you have any RV or Trailer repair, I would very much recommend Al's!

Hi Kerry Tucker!! After your offensive and embarrassing episode in my showroom yesterday I have had a no trespassing order processed. You were violent, offensive and inappropriate and forced me to call the police to have you removed. I have statements from 3 customers and 3 employees along with pictures that show your behavior. The police dispatch has a recording of your threatening me and my store. We went out of our way to help you and your demands for a free part won't fix your issue that you have with the generator. I have since contacted Onan and they agree. There is a know valve issue on the model of gen that you have and it needs to be checked out at a warranty center. This isn't me blaming you for the oily air cleaner, it is me telling you how this generator needs to be fixed.
