I recently had my MacBook Air damaged by water. I took it in, not expecting that anything could be done for it. Technician Sam came to my rescue. The laptop was not salvageable, which I pretty much knew going in, but Sam was very helpful and reassuring that he would try to get the data off of my old hard drive. He was able to retrieve the data and download all of my data to my newly purchased MacBook Pro. Sam was very knowledgeable and was super to work with. City Mac gets a five star rating for the courteous and professionalism given to me by Sam. Thanks!

Bummer of an experience with service. The tech was really dismissive of my questions, and talked down to me the whole time. He acted like making any effort to be personable and helpful would not be a good use of his time. Would not recommend if Bellingham had any other options.

Allegra was amazing in all aspects. I was frazzled because my new iPhone was not working so I had no service. She immediately used calming voice and pace to assure me we would work this out. And that she did. She stayed with me the entire time, took my old phone and got the data we needed to proceed. The next morning I came in and Allegra immediately recognized me and explained how the tech was able to fix the issue so I could have service. Unhappy with the experience we received when trying to get help replacing something through apple care. The lady that worked with us was very pushy and rude seems that she was more focused on getting rid of us than actually helping us by providing prices that were above what were quoted from apple. She was corrected by someone else after we told her we had applecare but through out the rest of our visit she was either silent or making us feel bad for not knowing what she was thinking. Seems the receptionist was very nice and actually knew more about what we needed help with than the lady in the "tech" department.
