They skipped the scheduled appointment to fill my tank, leaving us cold and without heat two weeks later in a cold snap. Price of propane was low at the time, but thought nothing of that piece of the puzzle. Then fast forward to last week, propane is more than a dollar higher per gallon, and they stop by and fill my tank when there was plenty of gas, clearly taking advantage of the price. They got me for nearly double! Obviously they are taking advantage of their customers to capitalize on price fluctuations, when the customers can least afford such gouging!
