My packages were delivered to the wrong address. Even tho my instructions say my home is behind the house, AND they called the day before and I verbally told them it's behind the house the still delivered to the house. This has happened several times. Why would they call and then ignore my response? I called. They told me to call the business I ordered from and tell them what happened!! Why should a seller refund a package that UPS delivered incorrectly?!

You can call them give them the tracking number ask them to hold it for you to pickup
That's crazy
Call the UPS Corp office, then call the local UPS center of where this happened. Google it. They have a complaint line.
