I originally ordered my husbands ring over a year ago. I was in love with it. It fit him well. We didn’t get married until 10/01/2022 so it sat tucked away in a safe place until we were ready to say, “I do!” The day finally arrived and it didn’t fit. I was about in tears. He works with his hands and over the past year or so the arthritis in his fingers really did some damage to his knuckles causing a lot of swelling. I sent and email to BW James Jewelers and explained what happened. They allowed us to exchange the ring to a bigger size which was 1.5 sizes bigger with no questions asked. I was so happy! Now my husband has a beautiful wedding ring that fits perfectly! I’ll be forever grateful for the customer service as well as the quality of the jewelry. Thank you BW James Jewelers for everything!
