ER care is very slow. And it ridiculous the wait time on anything at all. I have checked myself out twice now.

I recently went into Tennova hospital for a guided needle biopsy. I have to say that I thought the staff was fast efficient and friendly. Wendy and Melissa, my caregivers, were compassionate and professional. I appreciate your time and attention during my stay.

Their ER Department staff should all be replaced as of now May 20,2021. Please read my Google review. This hospital is a bad joke and no one's laughing except the people who work there.
Front desk of the hospital. She will tell you who to talk too.
You can either go by HR or call Tricia in HR and talk to her. She handles the job application process there.
Dial 559-6 and the room number
I don't think it's terrible I've been treated with care.
Currently, Tennova Healthcare - Cleveland has not made the COVID-19 vaccine mandatory. Our hospital continues to follow CDC guidelines which do not require healthcare providers to be vaccinated but do require the masking of all providers and individuals in a healthcare setting.
Yes
JT Barnhart is the CEO if that helps any.
No I don't but you can come in and go to the front desk
Yes it is
I work at Tennova in housekeeping and ever scents it's been Tennova I haven't heard anything bad about the Hospital
Generally speaking you have to come in person with photo ID to fill out the paperwork. 1 St floor behind the gift shop in the small hall next to the X-ray reception desk.
Yes I think they still do.
Hi, can you help me please?
It depends on the time of day, Patricia. The ER isn't as crowded during the morning hours typically. That is the best time to go. The late afternoon and evening hours is when most people end up going, though, due to jobs and school schedules. The earlier in the day you go, the better it will be.
I know the patients are triaged and placed accordingly. If an emergency comes in it takes precedence and will be dealt with first. If the patient qualifies for the quick clinic they go back pretty fast. I do not think the wait time was an intentional lie.
Dial 559-6267 to get directly to the room. If you are having trouble getting connected or they have moved to a different room, call the main line 559-6000 and ask to be transferred to a specific patient's room.
Call out patient
No
