This would be a great place to put a hospital, because it sure is not a place to go for your health . Our son was brought in by the Bradley County EMT's and we sat in the ER. for three hours

Their ER Department staff should all be replaced as of now May 20,2021. Please read my Google review. This hospital is a bad joke and no one's laughing except the people who work there.

I had a similar response as to the professionalism.I have an E.R. background and checked myself out AMA, after some questionable medical choices concerning my case, not discovered until after I was admitted for overnight observation, not previously discussed with me by the E.R. N.P..

Yes, I've noticed if you have a slight criticism of this place, they respond to your review and act like they care, but if it is a major criticism, or a positive review, then they respond! Here's the kicker, guys...BE CAREFUL! After my review was posted on here, they sent a letter to The State of Tennessee, stating my wreck was because I had a medical problem that caused me to periodically become unconscious. That is actually a lie! I was shaken up, nervous, and confused after my wreck, as anyone would be, but lucky for me, I has already got copies of my medical records before they falsified them! Because they are asking The State Of Tennessee to pull my driver's license now!!! Prior to this accident, I was traffic violation free and had no wrecks at all For almost 15 years!
