I called Pratt Abbott about steaming my mother's 70 year old wedding gown for an historical bridal exhibit. From first contact they were very helpful and enthusiastic about the project. The gown was prepared with a body form and tissue in the sleeves as I asked. Everything about my experience with the people and service at Pratt Abbott was excellent!

I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved here and the service was phenomenal! My dress was filthy dirty from a barn wedding and the bottom was black. Jen from Pratt Abbott cleaned it and it came out amazing, it looked as good as the day I got it! She is also very helpful over the phone.
