Horror show. Sales wasn't easy even with the overage charge of 20k, but we got it done after much argument. Service at this dealer is a joke, they are as rude as the day is long. They don't keep appointments, when you ask why they say sorry it's just too busy and just because you made an appointment and dropped your car off it doesn't mean it'll be looked at that day........so what's the point of an appointment? My service advisor who is being directed by a boss of course wasn't helpful and was rude in a passive aggressive manor. After being hung up on 10 times, i was told a manager would "try" to call me in a day or two and then was called back and said a Manger would "try" to get my car in 24 hours after the appointment time, no guarantees. I drive a certain size truck after a back surgery and did explain this before making the appointment. the loaner car given was small and not comfortable to drive. No one cared or moved any faster. It's difficult to sell any product without care but selling an upscale product like Range Rover while not caring is really unfortunate. I wish the staff there would do a better at customer care and overall positive helpful communication and if they're "so" busy, maybe hire more staff to be pleasant while you're selling cars 10-30k over ask.

I went there, to see if they can buy my Land Rover, it is amazing how true is the phrase: THE EYE OF THE MASTER FEEDS THE HORSE I arrived and very great lady (Ashley), at the front desk made a selection process in less than 3 minutes, she told me what kind of assistance l required... ...then it all started: As l was waiting l noticed 2 or three clients waiting in an empty showroom, a group of people was in an office in some kind of meeting, after 10 minutes, big sandwiches come in, after 15 minutes, more clients show up and start asking me if l work there... ...it is 30 minutes now, we have already introduce ourselves amongst the "WAITING GROUP", no signal of ANYONE, coming to take care of us... Suddenly, a gentelman comes in from the parking lot, he has that aproachable great attitude that just makes you feel comfortable by the way he looks at you, with a little surprised face he ask me: - "Is someone taking cara of you". - Well, l said, there seems to be a very important meeting going on... The gentleman goes: give me a minute please. He goes inside the room and after a few seconds everyone is out to look for the group of clients that were waiting... This other person shows up (not happy or approachable), and does not even want to see my car, he suggest me to take my transaction to a general car dealer... I am sorry about the real owner of this place and for the great receptionist of the showroom. If is for me, l will never go back to that dealer again, there are other Jaguar / Range Rover dealers where the SALES PERSONNEL really cares about the clients. 2022.09.20, Dear Mr. Anton, I really appreciate and respect your answer, as you know, when a person visits a business like yours and that person already owns a unit of the brand that you represent, is not going to "search" for a product, is going for the experience. I did business with Darron Cox and so unorganized he delayed my process and I had to keep calling him to find out was going on with my status for the car. Won’t go back
