The people that work here are very rude they act like you’re not a human and you don’t matter they make you wait hours for some thing that takes five minutes it feels like they do it on purpose it is a humiliating degrading experience just going to this place because of the way that staff treats you

Try calling 311,,, Or the precint,, I'm not sure about shelters for battered women there??? But if u go 2 precint they can help, or try Google,, also call social service there's help for you!!! No need to live like that,,, shelters for battered women will place you and he won't b able to find you it will b private,,, besides u have a handicap daughter, they should help u immediately,, also legal help for them to place u asap because u have a handicap child,,, the state wants nothing but good things n good health for handicap children,,good luck
