If you care about your health avoid this dumpster fire, the staff at the front desk have terrible personality’s and treat people poorly and talk to you like you’re worthless , not to mention the extreme wait times, massive lines with understaffed people at the desk

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Extremely Short Staffed, crazy long waiting times. once the nurse calls you and takes your information you can be seating in the room waiting for the doctor for at least an hour or two. Appointments are not available for months. Slowest front desk ever!! translators are a mess and inaccurate. Please avoid if you can!

Called over a week ago to schedule an appointment for a COVID test. Was told I’d get a call back within the next 48 hours. Still received a call back… Thank goodness it wasn’t urgent.

I've been waiting two and a half years for the dentist. I need fillings. I had to wait for over a year before they had an appointment for me. I went in and they didn't have a record of the appointment despite the card saying I had an appointment. So, the next appointment a year later also a wasted trip and again no record of it. You have to know someone working there to get seen - or be friends with someone on staff.

We prefer you to call and make an appointment but you can walk in and see if there are appointments available for that day! Our Coram location also has an urgent care department which takes walk-ins.
I think that for that covid does not need an appointment. And you enter through the west part of the building .. from the moment you enter the parking lot turn right and there on the left is the door 🚪
