Mid to lo grade apartment. At mid grade price. My car was stolen. Heard gun shots a couple times. Police there regularly. Cheap appliances. Upper manager needs to go. Other office workers were good. Maintenance is hit or miss. Rent kept going up. Best part is the property large and full of trees. Not fun to live on the third floor with a dog to walk groceries to take up etc gets tired

The Maintenance crew is the only thing worth note about this complex. Prices are high despite the fact that amenities are only avaliable for a portion of the time promised. They allow people to live beyond the maximum person in each unit. People have more animals than is acceptable under the lease. Smoke alarms aren't checked properly, so tenants smoke in their units. Don't let the new paint fool you, this place isn't better than it's rivals...

Staff has been super helpful, friendly, and honest. Tony has gone above and beyond to answer any and all questions we've had and has been super patient and forthright. Edit: If you're going to choose to rent from these people beware that they sneak in an additional $200-300 in renewal fees into your rent every month without telling you about it.

So far, not a good experience. The day we were supposed to move in they didn’t have the apartment ready. They gave us the keys 7 hours later than the time we agreed on and we had to clean it again ourselves because there was dust everywhere. About the internet service… you HAVE TO hire an internet provider they have an agreement with (its customer service sucks) and it’s expensive, and you have no choice. The garbage service is NOT good at all, and because of that there are stains everywhere on the apartment entrances. Disgusting btw! Poor quality cabinets. The plastic vinyl layer of the cabinets delaminates, or peels off. My toddler cannot walk freely in the garden because apparently the neighbors do not clean after their dogs. The days it rains the water passes through the windows. And on top of that, we had an aggressive downstairs neighbor who every time our son walked, he hit us on the ceiling with a broom. And… I’m not talking about an inexpensive place to live. I expected more for the price.
