Beware!!! stay away from theses apartments not worth your money!!! No office you have to go to another apartments where they have an office. I been living here for more than 5 years. Once my lease is up I will move for sure!!! They never fix anything unless state “Expection” comes. Hopefully the state expection gets on their case if they find something illegal they should of fixed and taken care of!!! And if you’re the manager & happen to read this don’t bother to care because you never pick up the phone!!!

I took my mom to see if she would qualify for these apartments, I had to work with Carmen and it basically took her a month to get back to me, she never answered her phone and it kept going straight to voicemail, without even hearing the ring and she was never in the office. She stated she would talk to the owner but most likely never did. She didn’t give me anymore details about why it was declined and just left it at that. I feel like she was annoyed with me for reaching out to get info about our application. I feel like this is a fair housing issue.

Dirty, rundown place! I know that it's low income apartments but the landlord needs to do more if he's trying to get people to live here
