Me and my partner were recently trying to move to a lease takeover we were told at the last minute by the homeowner that it was a know go this was very distressing as we had already made everything available to move when we called Broadmoor management they helped us with all of our options and made it that the deposit we had already paid would be moved to a new place and available unit almost completely in the same price as the takeover one. the management was patient understanding and consistent in explaining price and availability this is honestly the best experience i have ever had with apartment management and i think this will be a amazing place to live.

This place doesn't deserve a Star. This place was purchased buy an out of state property management company, That doesn't give any remorse for hard working Utahns, That rent from there company. They need to go back were they come from. You tenants that think its a great place your in for a rude waking. They are evicting or giving tenants Summons notice even if you pay your Rent. We seen them through one person's personal items outside to get ripped off or stolen for 3 days that was probably Evicted. Very unprofessional for a property owner. Carma will pay him back. We been living in this Broadmoor for 5 years now never a problem with old property management. To bad they had to sell to this company. Be prepared Tenants. We heard from a Lawyer this place is Evicting. a lot of tenants for no Reason. They went and Raised everyone's Rent. Without a Notice of Comidation or had any one sign a agreement form. That is also for the Tenants who pay month to Month. They will tell you that you owe more money but never Call you or put a notice on your door stating your Rent is going up Very Greedy property Owner. Remember people help you survive to help you care for your Family.

I'm so excited to move into a fully updated townhouse they're stunning 😁 the staff are very helpful especially Rebecca she helped me with every question I had. If I could give more Stars I would. Yay my own place I can't wait to get settled in with my Little dog 🤩👍👍👍👍👍

The apartment complex is good for a starter home. Prices seem to increase every year making a 1 bedroom cost $1200+ a month. The bright side is that the new management is making some good renovations by adding a fitness center and upgrading the pool. As residents move out they are remodeling the apartments.
