GREAT SERVICE, and helped us out of a tight spot. We were on a 2500 mile road trip, and had a valve stem failure. Normally not a big deal, unless you're in the state of Utah on a Sunday. The only other places open were Walmart tire center and Costco, and neither of them could help us until Monday. We were on a tight time frame, and got to the store right at closing. Additionally, the valve stem had a air pressure monitor device built in, so the tech had to get creative to get us back on the road. THANK YOU!!!

Had an issue with batteries I had purchased from here and when I brought them in because I was having problems they did the test and it showed good however the employee took the time to go the extra mile since I told him I knew there was a problem and was able to identify the problem and get my batteries warranted!!

Tried for 30 minutes to reach the tire center on the phone. Discount tire just up the road picked up on the second ring. I'm going there

Some excellent service, even with it technically temporarily shut down, can still get warranty and other support when you ask for it at the service desk.
