Bought a 3 pack of oil changes on their website plus a tire rotation. Disappointed. They would not rotate my tires, saying treads on front tires are low. Wouldn't that be a reason to rotate them until I buy new tires. They wouldn't refund me because they don't know how. Then they charged me without my authorization for an additional 3 quarts of oil over the 5 quarts included at a rate of $10/quart, double the regular price of oil. So going into this service I expected to have already paid for my oil change and a tire rotation. I left with no tire rotation and with a $36 bill. Not a good experience, and just a 20 yr old with no power and authority or knowledge to address the situation. I won't be back, there are plenty of other options out there.

They did a great job like always. They were busy and quoted me about an hours wait. I didn’t mind since I was driving far the next day and had forgotten to get it done earlier. They got me out quicker than they had quoted and all with friendly service.

Just wasted 2 hours of my life here today, and did not get an oil change. We arrived 45 minutes before closing and had 1&1/2 cars ahead of us(one car was halfway being serviced). We spent the next hour and 45 mins waiting for our car to even be touched by an employee. The car was brought into the bay but they started to service 2 other vehicles that had arrived after we did. As it was very late in the day and I had other things I needed to accomplish I had to go into the service bay and leave. Absolute waste of my day. Will never be returning.

Great service. I had my 2 kids with me and the workers were very accommodating and welcoming of me having them. Came over to talk to me rather than making me go over to the computer when it was inconvenient. Wait time was a little long especially for kids but we had great service and they did a great job even vacuuming my car. Will be coming back in the future.
