My experience with 200 Cityview was sad, honestly. If you are wanting to be viewed as a business transaction, then you found the place to be. Unprofessional and borderline aggressive management - two terms I do not use lightly. Keep looking!

Changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars & spilling the tea. The actual apartment complex is great. Clean, secure, great underground parking & elevators in each building. HOWEVER, the new management was not good at all & multiple residents have told us this. When we first moved in, Kalei was the manager and she was awesome. Super friendly, hard working, willing to help residents with issues. She quit in August 2020 when most of these positive reviews were written. The new management, Loren & Taylor, were unfriendly to residents or fake nice, too "busy" to meet with residents at times & they sent out weekly reminder emails about apartment rules and consequences if the rules were broken. They'd also take every opportunity to blame any problems on Kalei which was really unprofessional. There's a newer manager now, Jen, who replaced Loren. She took more out of our deposit than she said she would even after doing a final walkthrough, so be careful of that. They also raised our rent $250 per month to resign ($3000/year) and did the same thing to our neighbor. Lastly, the hot tub broke in January 2021 and as of June 1, 2021 it was still broken. 5 months of management dropping the ball. On an end note, Brad, the maintenance guy was awesome.

This apartment had CLEARLY no preparation or cleaning for my wife and I to move in. We paid the Admin fee, as well as a full deposit for the apartment to be move-in ready. The carpets in BOTH bedrooms had disgusting stains of an origin we don’t even know. The master bath had hair (not from the head either,) all over the drawers and unknown fluids/stains. Not to mention a huge bike rack bolted into the wall as soon as we opened the front door?! What’s more, the apartment should have been completely disinfected due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This place is a disaster. We have tried to reach out to management with no response. EDIT: Management did contact us first thing Monday morning to address the apartment. They had the apartment deep cleaned the same day, and assured this isn’t a normal circumstance for this complex. This apartment is wonderful, we just weren’t expecting what we saw upon arrival. Thank you, Cityview for going above and beyond to make things right!

Management wanted to raise my rent $250 per month to re-sign. I talked to my neighbor and he said the same thing. They may have good move in specials for new tenants, but they don't care about keeping current residents. In response to 200 city view: I am not a resident anymore, that is why you could not see me as a current resident. So glad you had one appreciation week out of the year for your residents. Hopefully that translates to treating them better during the other weeks of the year!
