Cambridge is a very nice place to live. It's unfurnished and a bit expensive (but let's be honest, everywhere is these days) but it has been a wonderful apartment for the last year. Management is incredibly nice, maintenance responds to work orders in a timely manner, the community is always growing and changing, the garden plots and the lounge/gym are nice additions, and my wife and I are planning on living here for more years to come! Try and get in if you can! You won't regret it!

It is very hard to get a contract here. But they are nice to work with as long as you don't mind being on a waiting list for several months.

I love living at Cambridge Court! My husband and I are going on our second year of living here and it is the perfect size for just the two of us. The location is right by many restaurants, grocery stores, and close to the university I attend. We love that there is so much storage in this apartment because we have A LOT of stuff! It may not be a brand new complex, but it is nice and affordable. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to live for the stage we are at in life!

By far the best place we've ever lived. The apartments are clean and ours was renovated recently. The community is great. Onsite amenities are great as well (laundry, lounge, gym, etc.) and the management is the best management I've worked with in a long time. Rent is paid through a professional and convenient online platform. My wife and I want to live here until graduation!

We allow for ESAs and Service animals! We just ask for a physicians note and all documents!
You do not have to be a BYU student to live at Cambridge Court. While we are close to campus and do have students living here, it is not a requirement.
Apartments are not furnished.
