Terrible place to live. The rent is overpriced for what you get. I lived in the "renovated" apartment that looked nice at a first glance, but you will quickly learn that it was poorly done and things brake often. Their website states, "Bedrooms are fully furnished with a bed, dresser, study desk, large closet, and ceiling fan". There is no ceiling fans in the renovated apartments. I called and complained and all they said was that they will fix their website (looks like they missed a spot). I called a second time and was told that they will give a note to the manager and he would call me. That was six months ago, still no call. This is typical behavior for the management at glenwood. Even their example pictures of the rooms with ceiling fans are a lie. Don't be fooled by their nice pictures, it is an outdated photo which does not represent what the actual apartment looks like. The cleaning checks are another issue. If you are not present, they will fail you for some obscure thing. If you are present, they will spend a few seconds looking at the apartment. It is never consistent and it depends on who checks if you fail or not. They love to take money from you. Only advantage is that it is close to campus, but you can find a nicer place for less than what you will play at glenwood.

I met my wife here but other than that I had countless issues with management and the apartment. I also liked painting the halls but even that fun has ended. Management nickles and dimes you with random fees and fails you in cleaning checks for no reason, they also conduct an absurd amount. I still haven’t received my deposit a month after moving out. I am grateful for the hard experience at Glenwood because it helped me grow bond with my roommates and learn to deal with difficult people. #apt 140 #glenHOOD

It was an awful experience. They have hidden fees and they will always find opportunities to charge you additional stuff. Their parking service is awful, you probably will spend a whole year waiting for them to give you a spot. It’s definitely overpriced and the administration is awful. Don’t even expect them to give you your deposit back. They will charge you for things out of no where until you get almost anything back.

Writing this message in both Spanish and English because I know that many Latin people come to live in this unpleasant place. My experience with Glenwood has been one of the worst experiences here in the United States. At first they behave well with you, they are gentle and kind and then they take out the nails. They take forever to answer your messages for some maintenance or any response you need, I have been fighting to get my deposit returned, the contract says that they will return only 300 dollars of the 400 that I paid at the beginning and they want to give me only 115. They steal from you in the face and you can not do anything. NOTHING RECOMMENDED, I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE RACIST BUT THE TREATMENT IS VERY DIFFERENT WITH LATIN PEOPLE. NOTHING RECOMMENDED. Id bet there is. There definitely is in late April. Calling into the office would be the fastest way to get an answer.
In Building 3, there's a microwave and toaster in our room. I'm unsure if the toaster is Glenwood's, or if it belongs to one of my roommates.
