What do you mean by the exits?
It's 5 miles from the Provo airport to the Provo FrontRunner station. I am not aware of a shuttle, there is a bus that goes there, it's the 833.
I don't know what buses get u to Provo. I use Google maps and that's how i get around. Make sure it's on the bus.. the top one it will say your location and on the second line u would put where ur destination is. Then u can change the time.

These are the addresses for Frontrunner stations in Utah county. Fyi it can be confusing from the airport because one takes TRAX from airport to FRONTRUNNER so technically they'll use both, but Utah County has no TRAX only the Frontrunner stations below. Utah Lehi: 3101 N. Ashton Blvd. American Fork: 782 W. 200 S. Orem Central: 1350 W. 900 S. Provo Central: 690 S. University Ave.
