They were fast and efficient with their service. We ordered (and loved) the Italian. We had the pizza at a family gathering, and it was a huge hit!

They wear masks, gloves and wash their hands frequently. But if you're cooking your own pizza that shouldn't really matter.
I get pizza there about 3 times a month for my family and haven't had that issue. I have always gotten instructions, cookie dough coupons and great pizza. I'm wondering if you were served by a new employee? I would contact the franchise owner or the corporate office and let them know about your experience.
They don't, but you could use the app Joy Run to have them pick up some for you. Uber eats would probably do it too.
