They do NOT pay detention/layover and will give you the run around about it until you give up. 11 hours at a delivery. 2 months later and still nothing. TOM FALK has been doing a good job of not responding to emails and when he finally responds, usually days later, it’s only to say that it’s still not approved. They’ve tried to book me on other loads and won’t negotiate higher rates to compensate for the money that’s owed. I know for sure nobody at this company will work for 11 hours for free! A very unpleasant experience and I’ll never take another load for this company.

Book load with Alec Perry Load was canceled , he promise me to send TONU , and after that he don't answer my phone calls or email . Totally unprofessional, please avoid!
