Can I give negative stars? I spent 30 minutes on hold, only to be hung up on. I'm on 27 minutes of wait time this go around, and NO ONE will answer my call. If you are looking for any sort of customer service, this is not the place for it.

UNPROFESSIONAL ADJUSTERS! I was forced to do business with this company due to their driving hitting me.l Their adjusters are rude and very low class. I was attended by Yeximara Mora who was horrible to work with from the start. I have made it a point to report her to her company as she was so rude and unprofessional.

On November 25, 2019, I had an accident where three cars were involved, in short I was insured with this company and it was never responsible for the expenses and damages of those involved. Total scam.
I leave from paying $150 PIP to 135 now they boost it up to $155 and it's not like u get into a accident. Imagine what the would charge me for full coverage
I have had nothing but a bad experience with this company.

Yes they are the worst insurance company I've been with.
Their insured hit my car and totaled it. It’s been a month and still no payment, but they want the title! I don’t think so. Very shady business and forget about getting an adjuster on the phone to talk to. You’ll be on hold 45 minutes just to find out their out of the office.
You should have an option to have it under the windhaven insurance app and or your agent can email a copy.
There hours are a lie there not open 8 to 7 when i called at 6pm they did answer for an hour i kept calling also at 8am no one picked up

They did us like this as well. We still haven't heard from anyone, gotten a rental, nor a new vehicle. It ended up being totaled out. They're a scam that's all. It's going on 2 months

No. Part of the company is in a rehabilitation stage to assess its financial situation.
They just know how to take your money. Fraud company. Don't believe them. Is a nightmare company.

How long does it take to get answers, am going around in circles. My adjuster is dishonest and enter inaccurate information am left without a vehicle because they can't tell me if my vehicle is total and I. Two day I'll be without a rental.

Okay so WindHaven will pay for it but from what I hear it takes a little longer versus you getting into a car accident however if you make a claim and they will process it and send you a check however they won't send you the entire amount for your car

These morons are horrible they just cancelled by my policy because of there error and didn't even give me the opportunity to reinstate it plus the woman that spoke to me was super rude and arrogant I do not recommend this insurance to anyone.
