As another reviewer has pointed out, people use this service to scam small internet businesses in the US. They pretend they don't know what a freight forwarder is even though they are using this service to buy items here in the US to ship out to wherever they are. I recently received a demand for a refund even though the package has already been handed over to Liberty Express. When I explain that it's been handed over to an "Agent for Delivery" as the tracking details show, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Also, the "address" they use will have the order number included for Liberty Express to be able track it internally, so you'll see a name that ends in a strange number, or the street address line will just have a random string of numbers hanging out there that has no relation to a building or apartment.
