Delicious authentic Taiwanese food! I accidentally found this place while being at this plaza. I grew up going to Taiwan. Red Shallot reminds me of homey family-run places in Taiwan. Thank you for warm welcome and wonderful food!

Delicious and authentic food served by a man who is passionate about his restaurant! We loved the vegetarian options such as 3 cups tofu. No MSG and natural ingredients. Good price. We’ll be back!

What an amazing find! The owner took the time to visit and explain the menu. The fresh, sweet, herbal iced tea was to die for, and perfectly complimented the spicy mapo tofu. Can't wait to come back!!
