Today September 27, 2022 I fully understood the patients who call the medical offices complaining about poor service and lack of commitment to work. On Sunday, September 25, 2022, I had an appointment with "doctor" Villarreal so that he could check me up and order the labs. Both him and the girl (very kind) at the front desk made it clear to me that I could go get my blood drawn from Monday to Friday from 7am. The next day, Monday September 26, I went early and it took a long time to get the patients through. In the end, the time came when I had to leave and I couldn't get labs done because they were just making the first list of patients. I decided to come back today, Tuesday, much earlier so that they could see me on time. At 7am when the doors opened, all the patients signed up, and not even the laboratory front desk was there. At around 7:20 a.m., a lady approaches the guy at the front desk (who is supposedly called Jessie, because she didn't want to give her name because she knows he's rude and what they'll do is give him a bad review) to ask him more. or less how long it would take and he responded with a bad attitude (as if he doesn't like doing that job). After another few minutes, they call me at the front desk to tell me that I don't have any lab ordered. It amuses me because apart from waiting longer than 7am, which is supposed to be when the labs start, they tell me that they can't do anything to me. My complain is not primarily with the front desk because (being a front desk myself) I know they can't do anything about the doctor's order, but the poor attitude and lack of good customer service from this front desk associate made me displeased very much. My complaint goes more than anything to "doctor" Villarreal, who did not do his job when I was present at my appointment and he assured me that I could go do my labs this week. Especially when the order is for the same establishment.

They left me in the emergency room yesterday in an office with a very strong pain. And the emergency doctor disappeared and didn't come back I spent an hour waiting for him and he didn't show up. I had to go back.

Always look at the authorization number and validity dates to know when it expires. Sometimes the front desk to help deliver the referral without being processed and that happens. Usually it is not on purpose and it is in order to help. As a patient one has to learn little by little how the system works to avoid misunderstandings, this must be a joint effort. Today the same thing happened to me two and a half hours, I thought it was not usual the disregard and lack of respect to the time of patients. There are more comments. negative than positive. It will touch to look for other doctors who have nothing to do with Sanitas 😡😡😡 because I see that there are some old comments.

Good luck, I was on the phone with the referral department over 45 minutes yesterday trying to get my referrals again. Everytime I need new ones I have to call repeatedly and it never gets corrected. Yesterday, out of super frustration I asked to speak to the manager. After several excuses why I couldn't speak directly to the manager I requested the name. I was placed on hold three times , each time I was given another reason why I couldn't get the name. I never did get the name. Must be a big secret. Sanitas is by far the worse Provider I have ever dealt with. I'm filing a formal complaint with the insurance commission today.
