I am glad to see these people that say baby had no issue with them because I had an accident d's February the 27th It took them 9 days to send someone to get an estimate does a guy had my car listed the wrong here the wrong transmission they listened as automatic not a stick then they forgot to list of power sunroof I call everyday never get a call back I've emailed Mary rarely do I get a response to email they are the worst insurance companies that I have ever doubt West and I plan on tomorrow when business hours open followed complaint but the insurance commission in Florida I think it's a shame they take your money thankfully every months but then the 1st time that you have an accident here it is April and I'm still trying to get the check to the finance company from where my car was totaled and they did not even about you write my car correctly my gap insurance found a lot of mistakes that they missed and did not take and account for when they did the evaluation on my car

I didn't neither until I had them dipping in my account 2 months in a row pulling out 3x my premium. They reversed the money just to send me a check for my fees that they placed stop payment on because they felt "they were giving away money" worst company, ever

They are thieves who must be prosecuted by law. One of his policyholders hit my car in the rear back. I sent them all the information and photos required. I am been waiting to get my vehicle repaired for 2 months. They suggested me in a blatant manner to submit the claim to my insurance company first because according to them it will take some time to process my case. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Even the supervisor don't call you back and they order used parts for your can iam with out a car for 52 days and counting wont get me a rental car but i pay full coverage faithfully pay our song Crooks

It's probably because people don't realize this is a phone based company. People assume Windhaven is their Agency as well as their insurance when it is actually two different things entirely. So they get mad and bad mouth Windhaven for not asking questions. They choose to stay ignorant. ^^ glad you have never had an issue!

It is the WORST insurance company that I have ever met, they never answer the phone, nor do they return messages that you leave on the answering machine, on a FARSA that website. And currently neither their email servers work. Could it be that there is a person who can respond to a complaint?

I have filed a claim against their policy holder as well and they were in the wrong for failing to stop at a stop sign when the man hit my vehicle. There is no corporate number to be found anywhere that I've searched. The main number ending in 9114 and another ending in 6795 both have the same point of contact and the third number I found is not in service. My adjuster keeps giving me the runaround, I have left voicemails and emails to my adjuster and his supervisor that go unanswered and now I am nearly 2 weeks without an inspection of my vehicle. There is an open case of fraud against their company currently & I'm not surprised in the least. Wow.
