Their insured hit my car and totaled it. It’s been a month and still no payment, but they want the title! I don’t think so. Very shady business and forget about getting an adjuster on the phone to talk to. You’ll be on hold 45 minutes just to find out their out of the office.
I just waited 3 months to get paid for my totaled harley.Yes you have to give them the title it speeds up the auction.I just got clipped by someone with windhaven insurance and im real nervous.
