U have to go to 1640 Roper Hill Rd and go to the office and get an application to fill out
It takes some time with the application process but depending on your situation of need they will work to get you in as quickly as possible. Schedule an appointment to get the process rolling .
I think I would start with the Apartment Manager and she can address the problem with the parents of the children. Of that doesn't work there is a property manager over the property.
