Great place to stay. The grounds keeper Gavin was a great help and even suggested us to try fly fishing. The place is very reasonable. We stayed across the bridge in a tent area and it was great. The tent area does have access to a M/F restroom and shower. It also has a sandy area for children. We will be coming back as soon as possible.

Suburban Opinions

What a cool place. Had full hook ups. Right on the Arkansas river. Took the family and we fished and caught a lot of fish even a 21" monster trout. Kids had a blast. The bridge over the river is cool. We had a great weekend and definitly will be back. Close to whitewater rafting places.

Perfect little getaway. Highly recommend. Not far from Salida. Beautiful hwy motel with r.v. hook ups and cabins. Couldn't hear the cars too much on the hwy, especially with a/c on. One of the coolest features is the suspension bridge that leads you to some picnic tables on the other side of the river. Would definitely stay here again and again. The owners are super nice as well!

Stay was great in the motel. No TV. Small shower. Great room, great staff. Even had a cookout that all the campers could attend. Very clean and kept. The river is right behind the sites for easy access! We will definitely stay again! Craig was amazing!
