I would not suggest moving here. way over priced for what you get. Terrible mold issues and the upstairs neighbors floor is so weak every time he walks around all you hear is wood breaking at any time of the night and day. I have mold growing around all of our windows and water comes through. Also the upstairs neighbor toilet gets clogged and over flows and when that happens guess where the nasty water goes..? Out of my bathroom vent and pours EVERYWHERE all over the floor and sink and it’s not a just a little bit of water either, fills up 2 or 3 buckets. Called and had someone come to fix the issue and they said they can’t do anything about it? The man just gave me a big fan to dry up the water.This has happened at least 6 times since i’ve been here. Its disgusting and not an issue anyone should be having none the less. Now because of that there is mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and walls.Also a leak in my closet water is showing through the wall in two different places and mold is growing in my closet getting on my clothes. Have made several calls and no one will do anything about the issue. Another man came to take a look said he would be right back and never came back of course. Moral of the story don’t move here. Definitely not worth the price at all. Cant add videos sadly.

Still have not received our deposit back because they sent it to the wrong address. Found mold before we moved also. It's inside the apartments and duct work.

Of all weekends to be doing treatment. Labor day weekend. The pool is always dirty, grass growing around it. Bathrooms are locked 75% of time, if they are unlocked they don't have toilet paper or paper towels. When is this going to end. This place has been ran like this for 5+ years. For the price its highway robbery

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The property manager runs the place well. Our apartment was pre-renovated, but was still clean and in very good condition. Good neighbors and a safe community. If I have to live in Gainesville again, I'd live here. However there are two reasons for why I do not give Carrington a 5-star review. The first of which is that maintenance is slow to respond to requests; when they did, the job was often not fully complete. This goes for in the apartments themselves but also the grounds management - trash was usually always overflowing. The second issue is that if you're looking for a gated community, this isn't it. Sure, Carrington has gates, but they are usually broken.
