Horrible application experience.. Waisted my money and time.

Put in an application 4 days ago, haven't received any emails besides application fee payment confirmation, called the day after applying and talked to a guy, asked about my application and he said that the application was there but that it would take 2-3 days for the report to process through completely and that he would give me a call back the next day, never received a call back, and I tried to call yesterday (same number on Google and their website) and all I got was someone answering sounded like to be a lady and then the phone will just hang up eventually I called three times and got it to stay on the line a little longer and then I said hello, then a female voice said hello and I said I applied here a couple days ago I was just wondering if I could get an update on my application and all I hear is you have the wrong number, yet it's the same number I called 3 days ago and the same number that is on the website and on Google for Lanier Terrance apartments Called the number again today and instantly sent to voicemail when websites business hours say 10-2 on sat Don't apply here. They just take your money.

1.the management of the apartment is active for any thing we ask, any incovinience things in the apartment is immedietly fixed no postponding time is given. 2.the apartment is nearer to my work place so i loved it. 3.the position of where i am living is good view is attractive 4.so,for these reason i gave 5/5. THANKS FOR ALL STAFFS.
