I used to stop here every morning on the way home from work but they started to forget things in my order every time. I live 4 miles away from this Jack In The Box and it's not worth the drive back. Only reason I go to this one is they still have brewed iced tea. No more

Went to get food after work through drive thru. It took them 15 minutes to tell me they couldn’t make my food because they didn’t have what I ordered. Requested a refund and they said they couldn’t, because they didn’t have a manager on duty. They refuse to tell me when they will have a manager to process my refund. I have now gone to the location twice and no refund. So I paid for food I never received and never received a refund.

I have never been in a drive thru line soooo long before. 25 min I went to this jack in the box this morning 01/14/2022 and the tacos they gave me were disgusting. And they had the nerve to tell me nothing was wrong with my tacos. The lettuce was brown. Never gonna go to this jack in the box again. 😡🤬🤬
