I'll just say this to the "management" Lady,. Two pumps of hot fudge is not going to cripple your business. But keep treating the customers the way you treat them and that will cripple your business.

It's in a great location and people seem to be nice...The service was not the greatest and they were out of alot of things...The staff seem really frustrated...Which is completely understandable...They still provided good customer service...I will definitely give them another try..

Love love their chicken baskets. My only complaint with this store is that they take forever just to take your order, no matter how slow the store seems. Their practice is to fully complete an order, including cooking before they greet you and take your order.. They also close at all different times on a whim. So when you plan to go there, you gotta keep your fingers crossed that they will be open in spite what their web site states. Once I was told someone called in sick so they closed the store.

It's just a shame that they open and close whenever they please at this location. They are closed on Sunday's for whatever reason, but I drove ovr here tonite (Monday) around 6:30 pm and they were closed. I have gone on other days and their hours change daily. Sometimes they close at 10pm and then on a fluke they close at 8:30pm. Once I was told that they were short staffed so they close early. Well, if this is the regular problem then get a new crew. That simple. I was really looking forward to their chicken basket. It is really bomb !!!
