Hard as rock chicken nuggets and fries. New closing hour at 10:40pm? (or it could be sooner). I ordered chicken nugget meal (drive-thru) on 6/25 @9:55pm. I drove home to enjoy them, realizing that these were super hard. Hard as in no human can chew them. As a person who used to work in the food industry, I knew instantly that they must have re-fried them. I don't complain about food as long as they are edible because I know how hard it is to work in the industry. BUT when serving people such a poor quality food without a shame is a big deal. I spent ~$10 on the large diet coke tonight. 🥲 Little advice that the employees probably already should know, you do NOT refry the nuggets and fries period. Refrying the nuggets and fries are the worst thing you can do to them. They do NOT take long to cook as a fresh batch, like 15 minutes at max. Inform the customer that they are out of fresh batch or low on stock (if that was the case) so they could order something else. (I really hope it wasn't simply being lazy to cook a fresh batch). I drove back at 10:40pm and it was already closed. The hours says it's open until 11pm. I assume it was at the end of their Saturday shift and they probably wanted to leave early. I really hope this does not continue at this location as I enjoy late night meal from McDonald's occasionally and this is my favorite location. I really hope the manager could retrain their employees on their staff morales and we could all enjoy McDonald's again.

I got food poisoning. I ordered a hot and spicy. Then afterwards I had abdominal pain and started vomiting 🤢. I would not recommend.

The frys are never cooked enough and the food is often undercooked. Frys, burgers and chicken nuggets multiple times have been undercooked 😧

The service is always nice here but their soda machine is one of the worst I've ever experienced. It is consistently bad and Dr pepper which I often order is pretty gross and they are effectively stealing money from the consumer. They desperately need to service or replace the machine so it adequately dispenses the syrup and carbonated water properly.
