Unprofessional, don’t expect anything to be repaired in your unit correctly or the office to get back to you in a timely manner, still will raise your rent despite horrible issues with unit. They don’t work with you at all when you want to resolve the problem an over charge you when you want to leave early for them letting a leak turn into a mold problem. Maintenance won’t work on much but will turn your maintenance request into being done without entering.

Management is a complete joke when it comes to awful neighbors and does nothing. The building has a massive leak like every month above the one entrance.

Awful management, been living here for two years now and I’ve “filed” dozens of noise complaints about the apartment above me, only to find out they haven’t actually been filing them and have made absolute minimal effort to contact them and fix the problem. They do not care about your problems here.
