I don't know if there is a limit, but you have to sign in on a website. One adult person can check in but you can add several other people in a single sign in.

Today, Wednesday opens at 9, you can find the schedule online at one of the Cinco ranch web pages. I guess they don't have the correct answer because it changes though the year

Yes, each pool is closed 1 day a week and the Waterpark is closed on Thursdays. The pool schedule is available on the Cinco wep page.
