The service was horrible here. I stood there for five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The person manning the front was completely rude. When I asked to speak with the manager she argued with me before getting her manager. The manager apologized to my face and then I could hear him and the other employees talking trash about me in their kitchen. Don’t give your money to this place!

Zero stars for this place and their customer service. This time I am not talking about the food. WORST attitudes and the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced absolutely anywhere. I was picking up an mobile order, they told me to pull up to the window and I was siting there 17 minutes waiting for someone to handle me the bag. They were laughing inside and many of them walked by drive thru window but nobody opens or says anything. I have so much patience but this was crazy. When the girl opened, I was very nicely telling her that it takes them forever and they should improve their communication with customers while they're waiting, also how their service is horrible..she look at me, laughed and shows me the thumb up (wants to say I am right but she doesn't care). If I mention that she was a black girl, someone will get my review wrong, but I really don't care what you are JUST DO YOUR JOB, do what you are paid for. So unprofessional!!

Everytime I go to this Wendy’s my order is wrong and cold. I call to get something in return and let them know and nobody answers ever. We said we only wanted cheese ketchup and bacon on our 4 for 4 burgers and she said that’s all it comes with. And both burgers has onion mustard pickles ketchup cheese and no bacon. For the second time I’m a row I’ve been. And everything is hard and cold!!!

I just want to start off by saying I sat in the drive thru patiently asking if anyone was there through the speaker for 10 MINUTES and there was NO answer static or anything. So I then drive to the window because all I wanted was a small frosty. I got there and told them I was trying to order through the speaker for 10 minutes and they proceeded to say in the back of the drive through attendant that if people are going to just skip the speaker and go to the drive up window to order that isn’t going to fly. I told them AGAIN that I sat there for 10 minutes trying to order with no answer and they continued saying the same thing. WORST attitudes and the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced absolutely anywhere and I’m a very easy going person.
