Terrible billing Dept gives false info. I called monthly and depending who you talk to different balances. Regardless who handles call you never can talk to last person to verify the info they told you. I will Never use or recommend this co. Again.

Disabled on Medicare. Was diagnosed at the ER with 1. Covid 2. Hypoxia 3. Pneumonia 4. It was bad enough that I was brought in by Ambulance with all of this 3 weeks ago.. Recheck with my doctor after ER. Sp02 readings are STILL at 88% My Doctor and her Nurse have sent my records, diagnosis and all of my information as well as I myself having pneumonia needing an oxygen concentrator brought to me again requested by MY DOCTOR, this companies urgency to patients that need DMC is pathetic to be nice. Michelle, Kristen and Nicole from October 19 until today, "We don't have any information about you sent over." Michelle just this morning as I am explaining the situation and how I'm so stressed over this and struggling to breathe to call them and get no where, puts me ON HOLD and I was on hold for almost 7 minutes until I get rerouted to Kristen, AGAIN, the original person I emailed my information to the first time. I have YET to receive oxygen of any kind and everyday it's a different excuse. They will not pick up a phone to verify anything. They send faxes. I should have had oxygen days ago. I asked for Jennifer to call me back which that was at 10am this morning but gave me time to submit complaints to my insurance and Medicare. Kristen, Michelle and Nicole, your opinion of whether a patient "qualifies" for medical supplies and trying to diagnose patients over the phone sums up clearly your willingness to help anyone and you do not trump what a patients Doctor wants for them to get better. PUTTING PATIENTS ON HOLD WHILE THEY ARE TALKING BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! You do not know me or other medical conditions I have. Medicare and my Doctors do.

They don't care about patients needs. They send the wrong supplies and then won't send the right supplies until you return the wrong supplies that they sent to you. Their fault and it has been since January 15 ,2019 and didn't get anything until 2 weeks later and then it was wrong!!!!!! They don't care!!!!!

Does your company buy cpap machines. Mine has been used 4 times. Rezmed Aircurve 10. Complete. Mint condition with Manuel's, case and original sale papers from Medicare. Plastic still on Led.
Idk call them they are a great company. I ordered a bath bench & a power chair from them & I am satisfied with both
